When should I expect my order?

We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Orders typically are processed in 3 - 5 business days, and shipped out via USPS. If you order is not a custom order. Some of our items are made to order.  First Class Mail (4 - 6 days).  All orders shipping timeframes are after your order has been processed. However, most orders ship sooner. If you need an order rushed - please email me prior to placing your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US, Canada. Please reach out if you have questions about our shipping.

What happens if my order did not arrive?

We are sorry this happened, but this can happen from time to time. While this is disappointing, we understand delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. A tracking number will always be provided via email once package leaves us. Once our items leave our location we rely on the mail carriers to deliver our packages in a timely manner. If your package becomes lost, you can contact your local post office or file a claim at www.usps.com

Please contact us if you have any issues receiving your items. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

What is the best way to wash my pup’s product?

All Bandanas, and Bowties are made with 100% cotton. We recommend you wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry or low air dry. Be cautious that some colors can bleed with warm water.

If you have a "Personalized item" Bandana, each design is hand printed, and heat set for a permanent bond; so we recommend a hand wash or gentle cycle. For best drying options would be air drying.

How do I determine the right size Bandana ?

Please ensure proper sizing of your dog's neck circumference, and make sure to leave at least 1 inch for comfort. The sizing dimensions are listed in the description area Please refer to the listing for accurate sizing. However, most of our bandanas run larger than most bandanas.

When in doubt always go up a size. If you need a different size than what's available please contact us and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
